With a rich history spanning over 15 years, Rob has been engrossed in deploying technology solutions within the realms of Health & Human Services and State and Federally-Facilitated Exchanges. This journey has sharpened his leadership blade, entrusting him with the mission of shaping and driving both the departmental vertical and overarching company strategy. Rob’s ability to bridge the language gap between corporate objectives and technology solutions has been a cornerstone of his approach. This skill has been instrumental in tailoring solutions for CITIZ3N’s diverse government clientele, ensuring the same Best Business Practice solutions are reciprocally beneficial across other Softheon verticals. Rob's academic roots are planted in the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Secondary Education. He went on to secure a Master’s in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, followed by an Executive MBA at Washington State University.
Victor leads Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. He is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the technology sector. Victor leverages his profound industry knowledge and experience to propel CITIZ3N into new markets, fostering trust and strategically delivering the value proposition to acquire and retain key clients. Before CITIZ3N, Victor excelled in various leadership positions including Senior Director of Partner and Channel Development at LexisNexis, and Executive Vice President of EDIwatch Inc., where he assembled high-performing sales teams that drove sustainable growth. Beyond his professional endeavors, Victor remains deeply committed to community engagement and philanthropy, he currently serves on the Board of the NFL Alumni Association-Baltimore, which actively contributes to supporting and mentoring former athletes, as well as the Kwamie Lassiter Foundation. He also served for many years as the Chairman of the Board for The Joel Gamble Foundation, where his leadership sustained a positive social impact on the youth of Baltimore City. Victor studied Accounting at The Ohio State University and served as a Commissioned Officer in the US Army, Finance Corps, serving during Operation Desert Shield.
Miranda brings over a decade of marketing expertise to the role. Her career began in the legal field, but she quickly transitioned to marketing, where she has a proven track record of driving growth and spearheading strategic initiatives across various industries. Miranda's tenure in marketing is marked by successful branding initiatives, management of domestic and international marketing campaigns, and significant enhancement of online visibility and lead generation. At CITIZ3N, she leverages her experience to develop and execute innovative product marketing strategies that align with the core business goals. Her approach to marketing is characterized by a passion for innovation, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of the transformative power of effective communication and branding strategies. Miranda is driven by the challenge of navigating market complexities to deliver results that exceed expectations. Miranda is certified in Product Marketing by the Pragmatic Institute and holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Lindenwood University.
Josh is an accomplished healthcare policy expert, with over a decade of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act (ACA). He began his career in the non-profit sector, focusing on Medicare and Medicaid initiatives, before transitioning to technology, where he specialized in ACA solutions, harnessing technology to address healthcare challenges. During his professional journey, Josh also held consulting roles, offering guidance on healthcare policy and strategy. At CITIZ3N, his insights and leadership abilities have propelled him to oversee a dedicated team focused on the firm's strategic engagement with external business partnerships. Josh's extensive experience in the healthcare sector, coupled with his deep understanding of healthcare policy and strategy, render him a valuable asset to CITIZ3N. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Willamette University and has completed Graduate Coursework in Health Policy from George Washington University.
Randeep Gupta is a seasoned technology professional with over 13 years of experience across multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, and digital media. He is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems and drive innovation. Randeep has a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, which has helped him successfully lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful solutions. Throughout his career, Randeep has worked on various projects, from developing software applications to implementing large-scale digital transformations. He has a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations. As Principal Solution Architect at Softheon, Randeep is responsible for driving the company's technology strategy and overseeing the development of cutting-edge solutions. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal. Furthermore, Randeep holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, underscoring his commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
